Right Way Drilling and Scanning LLC (“Right Way,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides GPR scanning, utility locating, core drilling, and concrete cutting and demolition services in South Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through rightwaycutting.com, our online forms, phone calls, email and text messages, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, job site or mailing address, the service you are interested in, and the details you include in your message.
Communications. We keep records of our calls, emails and text messages with you, including whether you have agreed to receive text messages and any request to stop them.
Website information. Like most websites, our site (hosted by Wix) automatically collects technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to answer your questions and prepare quotes; to schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments and job site visits; to perform our services and send invoices; to follow up on completed work; to send text messages you have agreed to receive (see section 4); to send our newsletter if you subscribed; and to operate, secure and improve our website and meet our legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us, such as our website host (Wix), our email and text messaging service providers, and our accounting and invoicing provider. These providers may not use your information for any other purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the text message consent box on one of our forms or otherwise agree to receive texts from us, Right Way may send you text messages about customer service questions, scheduling reminders, quoting questions, availability and pricing. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time; after you reply STOP we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages. You can also opt out by calling (954) 383-8611 or emailing Richard@rightwaycutting.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies
Cookies help our website work and show us how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as expected without them. To learn how Wix handles website data, see the Wix Privacy Policy.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example to keep project, quote and invoice records for our business and tax obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8).
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing Richard@rightwaycutting.com or calling (954) 383-8611. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter with the link in any newsletter email, and stop text messages by replying STOP.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed, and changes take effect when posted on this page.
